Do you need to find land? We work closely with you in finding a realtor, or if you have one, in evaluating potential lots to see if they meet your needs.
Do you have the land already?
We can help in the selection of an appropriate building site and guide you through the permitting process.
Have you secured funding? While we don't offer funding, we can make some suggestions on what the best resources are.
Do you have a design in mind? We can help you in figuring out what your needs are in a home and either work to modify plans you already have to meet the exact building site, or have one of our designers draw up plans custom to your needs and land.

to picking out materials and finishes. 
We handle dealing with any
speciality sub-contractors that you may need. We give you an upfront list of the costs involved, and you will know how long your project should take to complete.
